Silver & Gold Service Plan

Spread the cost of maintaining your vehicle with our convenient two-year service plan. Pay monthly over 24 months and receive one Silver Service and one Gold Service, helping you keep your vehicle properly maintained without paying the full cost of both services at once.

You can book one service during each year of the plan at a time that suits you. It does not matter which service you choose first, giving you the flexibility to arrange the Silver or Gold Service around your vehicle’s mileage, condition and maintenance needs.

The exact checks, parts and fluids included will be based on the published contents of our Silver and Gold Service packages.

 

How the plan works

Once your plan begins, your monthly payments continue for 24 months. You can arrange your first service during the first year and your second service during the following year.

Services must be booked in advance and are subject to appointment availability. Please provide your vehicle registration when joining so we can confirm that the plan is suitable for your vehicle.

The standard plan price is £15.99 per month. Some vehicles requiring specialist oil, additional filters or larger quantities of oil may have an additional charge. We will always confirm this with you before any work is carried out.

Cancelling your plan

You can request cancellation by contacting us by telephone or email.

If neither service has been completed, payments already made will be refunded. If one service has been completed, the account will be adjusted against the normal cost of that service, meaning you may receive a refund or be required to pay the outstanding difference. If both services have been completed, any remaining balance on the plan will become payable.

Important information

​

Repairs, replacement components and work outside the published Silver and Gold Service packages are not included. Any additional work identified during a service will be explained and quoted separately before it is carried out.

 

This plan is intended for the vehicle registered when the agreement begins and may not be transferable to another vehicle or customer. Full terms and conditions apply.
