Service Description

Spread the cost of maintaining your vehicle with D.O Autos’ 2-Year Service Plan. Affordable monthly payments help you budget for servicing instead of facing a larger one-off bill. What the Plan Includes Over 24 months, you receive: * One Silver Service * One Gold Service * One service in each 12-month plan year * Freedom to choose which service you use first * Mobile servicing at your home or workplace, subject to availability and a safe working area You can use the Gold Service in year one and Silver in year two, or the Silver first and Gold second. This lets you choose the order that best suits your vehicle. How the Plan Works The plan is divided into two 12-month periods from its start date. One included service must be booked and completed within each plan year. Appointments are not arranged automatically, so you must contact D.O Autos to book. All appointments are subject to availability, and advance booking is recommended. Each service covers the items stated in the relevant Silver or Gold Service package. Repairs, diagnostics, MOT tests, wear-and-tear items and parts outside those packages are not included unless agreed separately. Vehicle-Specific Costs Some vehicles require specialist oil, larger oil quantities, premium filters, specialist spark plugs or extra labour for access. These requirements may carry an additional charge. We will check your registration and explain any vehicle-specific cost before the plan begins or work is completed. Nothing additional will be carried out without your approval. Cancellation You can request cancellation by email or telephone. If no service has been used, all payments will be refunded. If one service has been completed, we compare the payments received with its normal price; any difference may be refunded or become payable. If both services have been completed, any outstanding balance for their normal cost becomes payable. Full cancellation terms apply. Important Information Each service must be used within its applicable 12-month plan year and remains subject to appointment availability. An unused service cannot be substituted for two services in the other year.
